The SHRED weight loss programme

An 8 week accountability programme where your food intake and your exercise are prescribed and monitored on a daily basis by both your coach and your buddy team.

Why do we call this an accountability programme? Because this is not a prescribed programme where you are left to your own devices. On SHRED we monitor your food intake and active expenditure on a daily basis. We are in daily contact 1-2-1 and as a team.

This programme has been designed for clients wanting to lose weight. The serious and tailored food strategy is entremely effective with 90% of participants’s losing 5kgs - 12kgs during the programme.

This programme offers you 8 weeks of coaching from your personal coach. Expect habit change psychology, food and fitness counselling, diet advice, exercise, education & accountability. Everyone who signs up to SHRED will be in the same regardless of whether you choose the online option or the face to face. The difference is just the workout side of SHRED where face to face shredders have access to 2 outdoor classes weekly option.

FACE TO FACE option - It’s a one off payment of £186.94 (includes access to the online classes and face to face classes)

ONLINE option - It’s a one off payment of £127.00 (includes access to the online classes and you can choose to add face to face classes at an additonal cost if you want to)


The shred begins with a weigh in and photos.
We meet on zoom for 90minutes on the eve of SHRED so that we can talk about the programme and build the motivation and energy. Being part of a group who are all shredding together means that you receive the group enthusiasm, motivation, support and accountability. We believe this is critical for success.

The 8 week Shred Plan includes:

  • Access to an online member area with lots of pre-recorded workouts

  • Proven food strategy for weight loss

  • Menu plans

  • Daily accountability and tracking with your buddy and personal coach

  • Buddy system and group support

  • Weekly weigh in’s

  • Plus the face to face option includes 2 outdoor bootcamps per week for the 8 weeks. You can choose which classes you want day by day, no need to commit to the same class each week.

If you don’t live locally you can join the online shred programme

You must be available on Sunday 25TH September at 17:00 for a zoom chat with your coach (via zoom) and a weigh in and measurements (these will have to be done by yourself)

Monday 26th September - we begin our 8 week SHRED dedicated to our bodies and future health and we leave no man behind!

We offer our weight loss Shred Programme 4 times per year.

It’s 8 weeks and includes a full programme of support, weekly weigh ins and menu plans and food strategy. You won’t find a programme that offers this level of personal support, guaranteed.
