Shred really gets your brain and body talking to each other properly. This was my second shred and I couldn't recommend it more. Shred is a lot more than a diet plan. It is about building the tools for changing your approach to diet & exercise in a straightforward way. As someone who is very prone to all of nothing thinking it really shows that the little changes add up.

This programme is such good value for money. Having now completed the programme I feel slightly awkward about the call I made before booking to ascertain whether I felt it would offer value for money. During this call Sally was patient and modest whilst being reassuring and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support I have received. This isn’t a ‘weigh in programme’ with suggested menu’s. The support is life changing and not just for me but for, as far as I could see, everyone in the team. If you’ve wavering, rest assured that what you get for just £23 per week is totally worth it. Thank you to Sally and her team for all the support and encouragement.

I have not been able to consistently diet for about 15 years. I have tried lots of diets with good motivation and intention to begin with but it has only ever lasted a week or so before I 'fell off the wagon' I was dubious coming into shred as I thought it be would be the same thing all over again - how wrong was I! Something about the support you receive, the accountability and the flexibility makes shred unique and manageable. I am so pleased with my results and feel as though something has changed in me. The weight loss has been fantastic.... I literally cannot wait for spring shred as I know I will lose more weight! Having done 4 shreds previously, I can now see the long term impacts the plan is having on my diet and understand long term success will take time! I really think before I eat and definitely don't (and physically can't) eat the same amount of I previously did - but don't feel like I'm missing out. I love this programme - the support group (thanks team yellow 💛) , sallys advice and the Bootcamps keep you motivated to succeed. Roll on April!

Always struggled with losing weight and this has been the one thing that has helped me lost it. No pressure, have fun and enjoy. Making compromises is key and they don’t need to be detrimental to how you live your life. Definitely recommend!

Having done every diet going except the very traditional calorie counting , I always ended up despairing because no matter how hard I tried or how good I was, I never succeeded for long enough to get down to a good weight. Shred has made me see I was kidding myself about how much I was eating. Obviously far more than I should have. It's also given me the confidence to know if I count every calorie I eat and keep it under a certain level, I WILL lose weight. I finally have the power and the control. Bring on Shred 2...

This worked. It just worked. I wasn't doing this on my own, I had constant support from Sally and other Shredders, and so I felt very motivated to make good choices. Very good value for the coaching you get.

So happy I decided to do Shred, even if I was only able to complete half the programme - I only wish I'd found it sooner, it certainly would have made my weight loss journey easier!! Shred helped me shift the final weight for my wedding and ensured I was prioritising looking after myself by eating well and exercising regularly during an incredibly busy time. Learned a lot of useful things that I'll take forward from here.

Really happy 😊 whilst it was tough the first week I actually found it fairly easy after that, rarely hungry, rarely without anything I wanted & still having a social life!! Looking forward to carrying on & loosing a few more kilos before my bday in October. Update, after my second shred I am now down 17kgs, I can’t beleive it, I feel like a new woman. Highly recommend this programme not just for weight loss but for the long term lessons that keep the weight off!

Shred has been such an eye opener. For the past year I’ve tried different things to get fitter but nothing seemed to get me the results I wanted. Shred has definitely done that and so much more! I’ve learnt so much about exercise and nutrition. I finally see results in myself physically.Plus don’t think I can now live without weekly bootcamps! Working out has never been so much fun!

This round has been more about maintenance for me (it's been a really busy summer!) so I'm thrilled that I've been able to add to my overall weight loss.
