Really happy 😊 whilst it was tough the first week I actually found it fairly easy after that, rarely hungry, rarely without anything I wanted & still having a social life!! Looking forward to carrying on & loosing a few more kilos before my bday in October. Update, after my second shred I am now down 17kgs, I can’t beleive it, I feel like a new woman. Highly recommend this programme not just for weight loss but for the long term lessons that keep the weight off!

I knew some of the science behind weight loss when I started Shred, but I felt that Shred was the missing piece in the puzzle. The planned approach and attitude to treats totally resinated with me. Highly recommend the Shred programme. Initially I thought it was going to be a really full on exercise programme which was daunting given I’m a mum with a young child and new baby (and struggling to stay awake most days)! Instead, it was a holistic programme with lots of support – both from Sally and the others in the programme. I’ve always been up and down with my weight but this feels sustainable. I lost over 8kg without running myself into the ground, I fell back into regular exercise and I feel great!

I’m off out this evening in a crop top for the first time is some while. Also just realised I am three belt holes down. Shred is a behavioural change process, not just a weight loss programme. I began by wanting to lose weight, but I was encouraged to consider my relationship with food, the core beliefs that caused me to gain weight in the first place, and the habits that prevented me from reaching my goals. Weight became almost an afterthought once I decoded all of that, as I was able to gain a better understanding of how life events can trigger negative or overwhelming emotions and proactively prevent them from negatively influencing my behaviour. During this process, I lost 14 kg, reconnected with my core values, and became more resilient, both physically and emotionally. You will get life-changing benefits and never need to do another weight-loss programme again.
