Over 70% of shredders lost in excess of 5kg during the 2 months of the programme. A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to all those who took part!

The team really pulled together and it was such a pleasure to share this journey with you all. You have all played an important part the life changing stories happening in the group. Your use of the team for support, menu sharing, suggestions, advice, empathy and love has been phenomenal. Thank you for being there for each other and for me!
