RABBLE Games… fun fitness

Mike hosts RABBLE games. These include playground classics like British Bulldog, Capture the Flag and Dodgeball, alongside more unusual games like Tribes, Hunger Games and Superheroes.

Because HIIT (high interval intensity training) exercises are hidden within the rules, participants can burn up to 800 calories, and cover up to 8k in a game without realising. The games cover different fitness skills, including speed, co-ordination, and endurance.

The sessions are all about having fun
getting fit is just a bonus.

Players are split into teams that last for the entire one-hour session. The core concept is that you're so focussed on winning, that you get fit without even realising it!

We accommodate all fitness levels with some tweaks to the rules to get everyone involved and there are opportunities in each game for everyone to get little wins.

We will play anything so long as it's fun, social and accessible to anyone. In this way we're able to engage people who weren't previously exercising much as well as those wanting to add a fun session to an existing fitness programme.
