Natalie

I am going to strengthen my left knee to the point that I can do a lunge without knee pain. Also to be able to get my feet off the ground in crow pose and to continue to maintain the healthy lifestyle my body deserves.

Sally

I would like to get into front splits and generally improve my flexibility all over. Increase my spine flexibility in both forward and backward bending. And continue to find the balance between health and fitness on the one hand and food and alcohol decadence on the other.

I'd like to be more consistent and make exercise a habit, a part of my daily routine, so it's not just a way to loose weight or become fitter but something that helps me focus on my health both physically and mentally. And of course it would also be great if I could rock my bikini this summer and be more comfortable with my body. I'm on 68kg atm so I think it's reasonable to get under 60kg!💪

esme.jpeg

Esme

I want to do a 10K in 2021. I also want to be able to do really nice, smart looking, good form press-ups not from my knees.
