So happy I decided to do Shred, even if I was only able to complete half the programme – I only wish I’d found it sooner, it certainly would have made my weight loss journey easier!! Shred helped me shift the final weight for my wedding and ensured I was prioritising looking after myself by eating well and exercising regularly during an incredibly busy time. Learned a lot of useful things that I’ll take forward from here.
