Having done 4 shreds previously, I can now see the long term impacts the plan is having on my diet and understand long term success will take time! I really think before I eat and definitely don’t (and physically can’t) eat the same amount of I previously did – but don’t feel like I’m missing out. I love this programme – the support group (thanks team yellow 💛) , sallys advice and the Bootcamps keep you motivated to succeed. Roll on April!
