Macro, chetogenic, low carbs, no carbs etc…the universe of dieting is immense and I have not been a stranger to any corner of it…..Sally with her no non sense method has thought me again that a healty weight can only be obtained by practising the art of compromising (and burning more than you eat)…you can’t always refrain from eating a bit more but if you do, you have to balance that at some point.
