I have recently signed up to the Blackheath Boot Camp SHRED sessions that Sally runs with her team.. I have found the experience great if not challenging as losing weight and Exercise is hard for most of us.. The main plus points have been:
(1) Sally has provided great communication to the group but also provided personal daily advice on how to achieve my weight loss and fitness goals
(2) The Weight loss and activity tracker shared by the group is fun to use, and helps build great collaboration between your buddies within the team
(3) The What’s APP group is also good fun and provides great insight in to how other members of the group are doing
(4) The Fitness classes really test you, but you can go at your own pace if you wish
