I’ve been attending Blackheath Bootcamp for a couple of weeks and am really enjoying it. The exercises are tough but achievable, and you’re always given plenty of options for slightly amending the exercise if you’re injured/find it too difficult/don’t enjoy bending into that position! I’m already seeing results too – I’ve lost 1.5kg and I’m already getting close to being able to doing up my belt a notch smaller. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging which makes me always want to go to the next session!

Update: I’ve just finished the spring Shred programme – in 8 weeks I’ve lost 11kg, 2.5 inches off my waist, and I feel great 💪🏻. Joining was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Already signed up to summer Shred!
