I love Blackheath bootcamp because workouts are filled with challenging activities which are fun to do! Sally’s workouts are the best I have come across so far. I saw results within the first few weeks of starting and there’s been continual progress throughout! The structure of Sally’s workouts is such that I get what I want from each session, and the ones I struggle with, trust Sally to always have an alternative! Make every second count she says 😊 .
