Being a bit of a bloater, over the years I have attended all the bootcamps in the area. I can honestly say this is the best. The classes are well thought out, fun and yield great results. I found the other participants to be friendly with a gradient of different abilities. You really couldn’t wish for more positive and helpful instructors than Sally, Mike and the rest of the gang.
