I came for the hope of of fat loss and stayed for the accountability, motivation, change of mindset, tools and tricks, and push that Sally gives us all. The community is great, always an active chat full of inspiration, and I wish I was local so I could make real life buddies with this great group! Now I have the confidence and knowledge to manage my weight and I know how to reign in my bad eating habits instead of letting them take over. Looking forward to the January shred and have made a promise to Sally and myself that I WILL be weighing in at the same weight that I’m leaving the Autumn Shred!
