Learn to eat and train in a way that fits around life as a mum.

Whether you’re eating with a baby on your lap, fitting in short sessions, or just taking things one day at a time, this is designed to work with you.

This is for you if:

  • You want to get back into a routine, but don’t know where to start
  • Your days feel full before they even begin
  • You’re tired, and energy is unpredictable
  • You feel like you should be doing something… but it feels overwhelming

It’s about finding a way to move, eat, and build a routine that fits into your life now, not the life you had before.

WHAT IS SHRED?

This programme has been designed for clients wanting to lose weight. The serious and tailored food strategy is extremely effective with 95% of participants’s losing 4kgs – 8kgs during the programme.

Accountability to Sally

Accountability is at the very heart of this programme. We don’t tell you what to do and leave you to it on your own. That might work for a couple of weeks but not for more serious results. We deliver a level of accountability that we know gets results. That’s means you stay on track and get the results you are after.

Every day for 8 weeks you will report on your food intake, your active output and your progress on the weekly tasks. Expect lots of education and practical tasks designed to improve your psychology and habits relating to food and activity.

You will report to your buddy team and to Sally every day.

Miss an update and you can expect a nudge!

Receive daily feedback to keep you on track.

Menu’s & Strategy

This programme is designed to be individual. Rather than give you set menu’s for 8 weeks we work with you to discover which of our strategies will suit your personal lifestyle. You will be trying a variety of tested and proven strategies to figure out what works best for you and your family life. Ranging from high protein to intermittent fasting, you will be eating delicious healthy nutritious food. It doesn’t matter if you’re plant based, coeliac, wheat or dairy intolerant, we will help you adjust your lifestyle for maximum results.

You will be given education and practical tasks throughout the programme to focus on different areas relating to healthy eating. You’ll also receive an on-going buffet of ideas for your shopping and menu planning.

Fitness & Strength Training

The programme is super flexible allowing you to choose from an array of pre recorded online workouts PLUS you have 2 bootcamps per week included in the programme. You can choose any two classes from the timetable. 

You have the option to add extra single classes £12 or even a 10 class card £75 if you decide you want more of the juicy bootcamp results.
