Senior Fitness with Sally

Senior Fitness classes can be booked for a group or individuals.  Sally works with groups in residential homes, with small groups, couples and on a personal 1-2-1 basis.

Sally brings a warm, uplifting and gently energising approach to Senior Fitness for adults aged 65 and over. Her classes are designed to feel welcoming, supportive and enjoyable, helping participants move with greater ease while building confidence in their bodies at every stage.

Each session thoughtfully blends balance training, confidence-building activities and enjoyable movement with flexibility, mobility and strength work, alongside elements of yoga and guided stretching. Sally’s extensive background in movement shines through in every class, complemented by her creative flair that keeps sessions fresh, varied and engaging. She has a natural ability to build genuine rapport and trust, creating an atmosphere where clients feel comfortable, motivated and cared for.

Classes run for one hour and are structured into manageable 10 to 15 minute segments to maintain focus and energy.
