Blackheath Bootcamp is run by Sally Hammond.
Sally is a supportive and encouraging coach but don’t be completely fooled by the innocent smile, as her workouts tell a fitness story that means business. On a mission to motivate you, Sally delivers fun creative workouts to help you find your spark and develop a fitness habit. Inspired by strength training, movement, mobility, bodyweight, yoga and gymnastics, you won’t get bored as these classes don’t stop giving.
Qualified as an advanced personal trainer and nutritionist, Sally has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She is highly experienced in both group and 1-2-1 training, having worked with all leading gym brands and many private studios.
Having studied psychology at university, Sally is passionate about the psychology of exercise and how we become and remain motivated. She is currently studying for an MSc in Counselling.
The friendly and supportive group, alongside regular socials and challenges, mean this is much more than a fitness class - it’s a community of fitness friends that support each other all year round.
Each class is designed for mixed fitness so that wherever you are today in your fitness journey you will get what you need from the workout. Each exercise has 3 options, entry level, intermediate and advanced. Workouts are very carefully constructed to ensure a safe and effective workout.
